This building was opened in 1908 as the Industrial Bank of Fresno. It later purchased by the Bank of Italy which eventually changed its name to Bank of America. After standing vacant for many years, the building is now the headquarters for the Chinatown Revitalization group, an art gallery, and a martial arts studio.
