The City National Bank and the Park Inn Hotel were designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1909 and completed by William Drummond in 1910. The Park Inn is the last remaining hotel designed by Wright still in existence. Created in the Prairie School style, it is characterized by rectangular shapes, horizontal orientation, cantilevered roof lines and open arrangements of interior spaces.
