Visible from the road through the main gate of the Vocational Education Institute of North Eastern Area 1 is this large, white clock. It hangs above the main entrance to the main building on the small campus. Simple in design, black hands, with a second hand ticking away the seconds of every day, it tells the time to the staff and students.
