A Blue Star Memorial By-Way plaque mounted on a rock stands in a small garden setting on the east side of May-Fray Ave. near the intersection with Main St. in downtown historic Orange, Virginia. The inscription reads:

According to the Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs listing of Blue Star markers, the Orange memorial was the 36th in the state and was dedicated on July 29, 2006. Both garden clubs are based in Orange County, VA.
