Who Put it Here?: A collaboration between Peterborough Veterans' Association, The Royal British Legion and Peterborough City Council.
Description of Memorial:
The newest focal point of Peterborough City Centre is a four-metre tall stone obelisk designed by Yaxley Architect Peter Slinger.
The obelisk is made from Ancaster white limestone. On one side is a laurel wreath, the other is engraved 'Lest We Forget'.
We chanced upon the memorial after it was installed but before it was dedicated and have hidden a geocache nearby.
