From Fajardo, road 3 south; from Guayama, road 3 east; from Caguas, road 30 southeast; located at km 74.3 of Rd #3, south of Punta Santiago beach. Walk or bike the main trail south (270m) until you see a trail crossing, continue southeast on Morillo trail (490m) until finding the beach, there you will hike a winding trail (200m) climbing southeast. Atop you will see two concret (war bunkers) structures, at ground level, between them, the benchmark; on the northeast corner of each bunker, you will find a steel pole, filled with concrete, with a square nail that has a chiselled cross. Between the bunkers, the benchmark is a concrete square at ground level with carving inscriptions: a triangle in certer with a square nail; and writtings of "USED", "Morrillo (restablished)" and a date "1-15-99". Nail crosses are facing north; both steel poles are lateral (east and west) of the benchmark.
