The abstruct sculpture 'Lebensbaum als Kinetisches Objekt' (Tree of Life as a Kinetic Object) was created by Hans-Michael Kissel in the year 1990. It is located at the so-called 'Kunstpfad' (Art Trail) of the University of Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.

This sculpture was a commissioned work of the artist donated by a sponsor. It is located at the intersection of Berliner Ring and Albert-Einstein-Allee at the entrance to the university's campus.

The sculpture's height is about 10 meters. It is made of steel, aluminium and color.
The sculpture is moveable by the wind.

It is artwork #1 at the 'Kunstpfad' (Art Trail).
The Kunstpfad exists of about 60 artworks of international and local artists.
