This is a very busy and apparently well thought of restaurant overlooking the Carquinez Strait.

The Deadfish Crab & Prime Rib has seen many changes to the nearby freeway and even the bridge crossing itself. While many folks are thinking about having the right toll ready, some are revisiting an old favorite. WMWN8 shows a fountain at the restaurant. Below and across the street is additional parking by a Town Clock that was put up by the restaurant.
Expect to pay $20/ person. More with cocktails & wine.
My grandmother said crab should only be fresh when the month has an
"r" in it? (not May-August). Am sure it helps when it is this close to the water. Technically these are not fish, but perhaps you will find one on the menu. Environmentally, many places no longer serve halibut, and the salmon boats must now go beyond 200 miles.?
