I was on vacation recently in Pennsylvania and was doing some caching and waymarking, when I came upon a Hardee's. Well living in Canada, I'd never even seen one before, so I had to go in. They had a special on cheeseburgers, so I got a couple and thought that they weren't too bad. I'd recommend them in fact. So if you're in Harrisburg and want an affordable place to get a burger, stop in to Hardee's.
