Within a few minutes, one can pick off seven waymarks by walking less than an hour. Uptown Watertown is alive with history and with modern architecture.
From the Goss House and the Codington County Heritage Musuem to the modern building of Plains Commerce Bank, you can see various kinds of buildings, both old and new, as well as visiting the various veterans memorials near the County Courthouse.
