The monument on the Brink to Ruinen (municipality De Wolden) was founded in memory of all fellow citizens who died during the occupation years by acts of war.
Het monument op de Brink te Ruinen (gemeente De Wolden) is een gedenksteen van natuursteen. Het gedenkteken is 75 centimeter hoog, 60 centimeter breed en 50 centimeter diep.
De tekst op de gedenksteen luidt:
'1940 - 1945
TER NAGEDACHTENIS AAN
HEN DIE VIELEN'.
Het monument op de Brink te Ruinen (gemeente De Wolden) is opgericht ter nagedachtenis aan alle medeburgers die tijdens de bezettingsjaren door oorlogshandelingen zijn omgekomen.
