This stone fountain with an obelisk on top is located in the corner of Steingasse / Hauptstrasse in Bubendorf. The pipe comes out of some sort of face, but I have no idea what sort of creature this could be.
There's an inscription in a very archaic German on the obelisk and top half of the column:
"Under 1810 und Ano 1811 sind von einer ehrende Gemeinde Buebendof ale 4 Brynen mit steinernen Trögen versechen worden. Zum Nutzen der Nach-komenschaft. Gott alein die Ehre!"
English: "Between 1810 and 1811 all four fountains of Bubendorf have been equipped with stone troughs for the benefit of the posterity. The glory for God alone!"
