De Hoop is a round brick mill of the type 'stellingmolen'. It is in use for professional flour milling. It was build in 1844 as a replacement for an older wooden mill at the same location.
The mill is being used quite actively and some 500 kg of wheat are delivered weekly to home bakeries.
De Hoop can be visited on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
