Once a fountain at the Bountiful US Post Office. Kids use to put dish soap and/or bubble bath in it so it would fill up and overflow with bubbles. May be why it was converted. Sides were cut in opposite sides so it can now be walked through. It is now a flower garden with a couple benches and an obelisk. piping and lighting are still present.
