A three-die machine aboard the old Holland America Line ship ss Rotterdam.
The machine takes a 5 eurocent coin to be smashed and a one euro coin in order to let the machine work.
There are three designs available. One shows the ss Rotterdam, the second shows the ss Rotterdam logo, and the third shows "Sloepie", a life boat with eyes and a mouth.
The ss Rotterdam was launched in 1958, and served as a transatlantic ocean liner and cruise ship until september 2000. It has now anchored in the town of Rotterdam for good, and has been turned into a museum and hotel. On the various decks of the ship there are several restaurants, conference rooms, and rooms for parties.
The penny smasher is located on the Promenade Deck (Deck 3) on starboard side where the audiophones for the ship tours are handed out. Entrance number 2 will take you directly to the Promenade Deck. The posted coordinates are those of Entrance 2.
