"The Dent Hardware Company Facotry Complex is a signifcant collection of industrial buildings located in Fullerton, Whitehall Township, Lehigh County. The buildings have both architectural and historical signficance. The constitute a large collection of early reinforced concrete industrial buildings, having been largely constructed during the first decade of the twentieth century, and are the most intact group of industrial architecture in Fullerton, a community that once boasted the presence of several large industrial concerns. The resource's historical significance stems from Dent Hardware Company's position, in the first decades of twentieth century, as the nation's leading producer of brass refrigerator hardware and a major manufacturer of cast iron toys." - National Register nomination
