Large gyms are hard to sustain. This has three large, well equipped rooms for a wide variety of exercises, and two smaller rooms -- one for plyometrics and another for childrens dance.

My grandchild has been taking karate lessons for two years now.
From a business standpoint, this is "after school" time for the instructors and the students. Several satelite programs of another gym have had to give up locations.
Students have been introduced to a variety of techniques and safety training equipment.

Intro to karate -- $50. for 4 weeks.
Also offered are dance and music classes. Toddler on up.
