"Vom Parkplatz führt ein Forstweg zum Gasthof Straßberg, von dort weiter durch schönen Mischwald auf einem serpentinenreichen Weg Richtung Niedere Munde. Nach einer guten Stunde Aufstieg wird der höchste Punkt der Wanderung (1614m) erreicht. Von dort führt die rechte Wegabzweigung auf die Niedere Munde, von wo aus man weiter auf den Westgipfel der Hohen Munde gelangt, während die linke Wegabzweigung wieder stetig bergab zur beliebten Alplhütte führt. Für den Abstieg stehen 3 Routen zur Auswahl, ca. 45 Min. bis zum Ausgangspunkt." - Quelle: (visit link)

"From the parking lot leads a forestry road to the inn Strassberg, then continue through beautiful mixed forest on a serpentine road towards Low's lips. After a good hour's climb, the highest point of the hike (1614m) is reached.
