This tradition-style WOW marker for Mamie A. Smith is located at the south side of Denton I.O.O.F. Cemetery, at the far northeast corner of the section. This one is more intricately designed than most, with the name/years at the top, and leaves carved in detail below. Next is the shield with these words carved on the three sides: In Memoriam, Woodmen Circle. At the bottom is "Smith" in large letters. This particular marker has a thick foundation with two horizontal stubs.
