The building at 624 W. Sheridan is one-story, constructed of buff brick in 1946. It is in the Art Moderne style with unusual window treatment. The building is asymmetrical, with a large square window on the east, and an off-centered entrance with two aluminum and glass doors. The base wall beneath the west windows and the door surround are red brick, in contrast to the buff brick elsewhere. The buildings in this district are unique and offer many unusual construction features. The area was active as a distribution center for the motion picture industry from the 1930s to 1970s.

The square window on the east has a heavy cast stone band surround, which projects from the building. The window treatment on the west contains 15 rectangular window panes, set in a 5 x 3 pattern, with a set of three windows in the recessed entry. Heavy cast stone bands frame the unit, with projected horizontal stone courses between the three rows. Cylindrical cast stone elements separate the window panes vertically.

The building is currently occupied by Computerized Business Solutions, and is Item 5 on the District nomination.
