This clock is above the entrance to this large and new looking building. I could not find an English language sign, but the large rock on a stick at the entrance inclines me to believe that this is the Geology building. Rather attractive, black and white, with Roman numerals, visible across a major pedestrian traffic intersection. Entry to the university is unrestricted.
