This fountain is on the grounds of the old City of Nepean City Hall. The large summertime fountain pool has a moveable fountain head. The fountain head is removed and the artificial pond is converted into a large ice skating rink in the winter. The change/warming rooms are permanently located to the North side of the pool, but are only in use in the winter.
