Emperor stone (Císarský kámen) is on a hill one kilometer northwest from Milíre village, about 8km west from Jablonec nad Nisou.
There is also a wooden tower from recent time. Inauguration of 19 September 2009 was associated with the 230th anniversary of the visit of Emperor Joseph II. He visited this place twice in 1779, he supervised the fortification work during the war there. This event remember a block of granite engraved with the inscription located under the tower. At this time the hill got their name Emperor stone (Císarský kámen). The Emperor in 1779 praised this strategic location and proposed to establish a fort here.
