A bronze plaque dedicated to the citizens of Bethlehem who are veterans of the War of 1812 is placed along with five other plaques honoring veterans of United States wars. The plaque was erected in 1987 and contains a double column listing of the the names of 38 citizens of Bethlehem who participated in the War of 1812. The plaque is inscribed:
