Wind Dancing is one of several
Smithsonian Sculptures on the
UC Santa Barbara campus. It can be found near a walkway overlooking the lagoon, between the Art Museum and the UCSB Bookstore.
The sculpture consists of a vertical mounting post with two metal circles that are each capable of rotating independantly around an offset point from the edge of the circle.
