Quiet Storm is one of several

UC Santa Barbara campus. It is a Kinetic sculpture mounted on the back wall of the Theater and Dance building, overlooking the lagoon. Two rotating devices have diameters of 15 and 20 feet. There are windmill like cups to collect the wind.
