The State Center Middle School is located at 16011 N. E. Wilshire. This is a small school still in operation. The gazebo stands in front of the gymnasium, which was WPA-constructed in the 1930s.
The gazebo is wood with no side walls or seating. It stands on a concrete slab about twenty feet in diameter. There are eight metal beams supporting the roof, with a round wood post at the center. The roof is covered with composition shingles.
