The memorial takes the form of two white stone tablets with black engraved lettering, one for each war. The upper tablet, for the WW1 fallen, has a darker stone frame and a laurel leaf border and badge in the upper centre of the panel.

The inscription for the WW1 tablet reads

IN HONOUR OF CHRIST

AND IN MEMORY OF THOSE

WHO FELL IN THE WAR 1914 – 1919

[NAMES]

The WW2 tablet reads

ERNEST F BERESFORD

THOMAS DINSDALE

1939 – 1945

In addition to the stone tablets there are two frames containing photographs of the fallen.
