Gray water tower of the Model Irrigation District, complete with the district's logo on the water tower. This tower has shorter legs than the districts other tower, probably because it sits up on a hill.

There is a hiking trail from the nearby apartment complex or from the Albertsons Store, which lead up to the water tower. Located next to the water tower are two cell phone towers.
