This large fountain displays bronze figuress of Neptune surrounded by his court. Water sprouts from many sources including the mouths of various aquatic creatures. Two nymphs ride horses through the spray. The fountain is near the top of Capital Hill, past the Capital Building, in front of the main Library of Congress building.
