Sevastopol was a military district for a long time. And still is, only now it's possible to a common citizen to go there without being related with the Military. It's a final destination place, located in the SW corner of Crimea peninsula, and so it the train station.
In this part of Ukraine most people still long for the Soviet Union times and that is obvious by the number of Comunist symbols all around. The train station is not an exception.
