This place has all types of bikes...although....most are showing their age.
The shop is located near the beach (it really would make more sense to have a rental shop where the ferry lets you off....but, no, you have to walk quite a ways to get here.)

visit link) has the particulars. They rent bicycles for adults and kids ($8/hr)...including tandems ($14/hr), 2 and 4 seat quadricycles ($17 & $30/hr respectively).
