This National Geodetic Survey veritical control mark (designated B 387 RESET) is located at the intersection of Fancy Tract, Road and the Buffalo and Pittsburgh Railroad.

The mark is set southwest of the centerline of the rail and road crossing (approximately 25-30 feet from it). The mark is set in a round concrete post, that at this time is 1-2 inches above the level of the ground. It is located approximately 4 feet east of a telephone pole, and 5-6 feet south of the guardrail.

The mark was recovered in good condition and stamped with the year: 1992.
