This is a standard analog clock on a free-standing tower. The clock face is white with a golden center, black hands with roman numerals. The tower is approximately three stores high and is made of open arches. There is a paved walk way at the base and the area is nicely landscaped. There is a clock face on all four sides.
The clock was not working.
