In Franklin, by the Franklin Public Library, is the Benjamin Franklin statue, which is surrounded by a circle of bricks that have names and companies engraved in them, and intermingled with the bricks are plaques with sponsors.

The statue is located to the left of the library (facing it from Main Street). There is a brick walkway from a sidewalk that leads to the circle. There are about 20 circles of bricks around the statue, with named bricks layed 'here and there.' It was hard to count the engraved bricks, but based on some estimates and sample counting, there are approximately 300 engraved bricks. Also installed in the walkway and on nearby walls are bronze plaques with company names on them.

I'm not sure when the court was finished. The monument was dedicated in 2000. I could not find specific information about this installation on the public library web page, or on the Internet. Thus, I don't think that they are continuing to solict donations.
