Built in 1926 this four story reinforced concrete building has some Gothic Revival elements to its design. Built as a bank on the first floor and offices on the upper 3 floors it is a downtown fixture. The bank has since moved on but the vault is still located on the ground floor. This building had the first elevator in Wenatchee and had central steam heat and restrooms on each floor. The Wenatchee Visitor Bureau is currrently on the ground floor with other offices on the upper 2. The top floor is not being used at this time.
