The Jefferson Trust Company is located at 313-315 First Street in Hoboken and is supposedly being converted to condos..although the poster of this Waymark found no evidence of that at the site.

Wikipedia's brief entry on this building (visit link) informs us:

"The Jefferson Trust Company, is located in Hoboken, New Jersey. The building was built in 1912 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 13, 1986. The original trust company failed during the Great Depression and the building passed on to a succession of owners. The building was constructed using granite and brick. Much of the original plaster interior remains intact. The building recently underwent a renovation into luxury condos."
