DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1968 3.8 MI SW FROM WEST PADUCAH. ABOUT 0.3 MILE WEST ALONG THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD FROM THE POST OFFICE AT WEST PADUCAH TO MAXON CROSSING, THENCE 1.1 MILES SOUTH ALONG THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD, THENCE 2.45 MILES WEST ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 60, OR ABOUT 0.1 MILE SOUTH ALONG WALLACE AVENUE FROM THE POST OFFICE AT KEVIL, THENCE 5.0 MILES EAST ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 60, 0.15 MILE EAST OF A JUNCTION OF THE HIGHWAY AND STATE HIGHWAY 996, 100 YARDS WEST OF THE MOST WESTERLY OF THREE CONCRETE HIGHWAY BRIDGES, SET IN THE CENTER OF THE TOP OF THE SOUTH CONCRETE HEADWALL OF A DOUBLE-CHANNEL CULVERT UNDER THE HIGHWAY, 25 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE AND ABOUT 4 FEET BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE HIGHWAY.
