From the junction of State Highways 208 and 338 in Knox, go about 4.2 miles southwest on Highway 338 to the mark on the right, set in the top of the north concrete railing of a concrete bridge over Beaver Creek, about 6 feet west of the east end of the railing and about 3 feet above the level of the highway. The mark is a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation survey disk stamped ---1150.51---.
