Sattahip is a fishing and naval town on the south eastern corner of Thailand, in the populous province of Chonburi. At the centre of this pleasant locale is this small "Bus Station", or to put it another way, a major town intersection where the tuk tuks (covered trucks) and the motor bike taxi drivers hang out waiting for passengers.
From here tuk tuks arrive and depart from the cities of Pattaya and Chonburi to the north of the province, and to the neighbouring provincial capital of Rayong, further east along the coast. Also to the villages outside the town. The interprovincial buses do not stop here, but will drop you off on the bypass road a kilometre or so outside town.
