This stone memorial drinking fountain is located on Rhos Promenade in Rhôs on Sea.

This drinking fountain was erected in memory of the Revd W. Venables-Williams in 1900.

There are two plaques on the fountain, both have the same inscription:

THIS MEMORIAL FOUNTAIN
WAS SUBSCRIBED FOR BY FRIENDS IN RECOGNITION
OF THE MANY PUBLIC SERVICES RENDERED BY
THE REV: W. VENABLES-WILLIAMS, M.A.OXON.,J,P.,
DURING THE 31 YEARS HE WAS THE VICAR OF THE
PARISH OF LLANDRILLO-YN-RHOS,
1869-1900.

There fountain is non-functional as it is no longer connected to an active water source.
Setting: Outside

Place: Promenade.

Use: Monument.
