New Hope Cemetery sits on the east side of Highway 18, one mile south of the intersection of Highways 18 and 62. This cemetery is located on gradually sloping land, and has only a few trees. There is no fencing. The entrance is flanked by two light-colored brick walls.
There is a grid of paved drives throughout the cemetery, and a nice open brick pavilion with a gabled roof. There are 780+ burials here. The oldest one noted was from 1898, however, the bulk of the burials date from the 1960s to the present.
The cemetery is very well maintained and the grounds are lovely.
