The Kansas State Bank/Fidelity State Bank building was constructed in 1916. The two-story building is in a Classical Revival style, typical of bank architecture in the early twentieth century. The building features a white glazed terra-cotta facade. The building has white marble panels along the bottom around the building. The building is topped by a projecting cornice with dentils. Ionic columns frame the center bay.

The building, constructed in 1916 for the Kansas State Bank which was chartered in 1907. In 1933, the Kansas State Bank merged with the State Bank of Dodge City to form the Fidelity State Bank.

The building continues to serve as the Fidelity State Bank.
