Ich habe heute bei meinem Besuch mit dem Koch gesprochen. Es gibt eine Menge glutenfreier Gerichte. Alle Soßen werden ohne Mehl zubereitet. Schweinbraten, Gulasch, Spargel mit Kartoffeln und Schinken und sogar glutenfreier Kaiserschmarrn kann dort bestellt werden.

During my visit i spoke with the cook. There are a lot of gluten-free meals. All sauces are prepared without flour. Pork roast (Schweinbraten), stew (Gulasch), asparagus with potatoes and ham and even gluten-free Kaiserschmarrn could be ordered.
