1971: the protestant Christuskirche (kirche = church) was built
1994: extension by architect Jürgen Dittmar, with precious windows, created by Johannes Schreiter
2004: the glass bell tower was build, also by architect Jürgen Dittmar
2005: organ buying, completely payed by donate money
Current, the religious community includes 2200 members and is supervised, since 28 years!, by pastor Fred Schneider-Mohr.
You can hear the 5 bells every sunday at 10:00 AM, when the church service begins.

Die 1971 in Flachbauweise erbaute Christuskirche wurde 1994 von dem St. Ingberter Architekten Jürgen Dittmar erweitert und umgebaut. Die Fenster der Christuskirche wurden gestaltet von Prof. Johannes Schreiter. Altar, Taufstein und Kreuz verdanken sich der Bildhauerkunst von Rolf Bodenseh. Die Künstler ließen sich in ihrem Schaffen inspirieren von den Bildern des 23. Psalms. Der Taufort wird in der Christuskirche hervorgehoben durch ein Triptychon von Fritz Berberich (1984). Seit 2005 erklingt in der Kirche eine elektronische Johannus-Orgel mit 52 Registern. Der St. Ingberter Jürgen Dittmar ist auch der Architekt des gläsernen Glockenturmes, der der Christuskirche 2004 an die Seite gestellt wurde. In ihm wurden 13 t Stahl und 6 t Glas verbaut. Er hat eine Höhe von 12 m.
