The Daily Globe - IOOF Building was built in 1926 with the current appearance from a circa 1930 remodel. The three-story building is constructed of red brick with the first story in stone. The parapet has stone panels inscribed IOOF for the Odd Fellows which previously had their lodge on the third floor. Above the first floor is inscribed "Daily Globe" in Art Deco styled font, the local newspaper.

The building formerly housed a commercial college on the second floor.

The building is in good condition and continues to serve as offices for the Daily Globe. The Dodge City Globe started in 1878 as a weekly newspaper, in 1911 it began publishing a daily newspaper.
