The Martin Building at 714 2nd Avenue was built in 1930. The building is a two-story tan brick building with brick and stone detailing. The building has a stepped parapet featuring borelled brick panels and a center stone panel inscribed "Martin 1930". A metal canopy extents over the store fronts. The building is now used for a Mexican market and appears to be in good condition.
