In Fall River, within a museum called Battleship Cove, is the battleship, USS Massachusetts, which is now on exhibit as an example of a ship of this class of warships. On this ship, strategically placed, are engineering drawings of the ship levels and plans, with a red dot, arrow and text, "You are Here" to show where in the ship you are standing.
You will need it. Once you are down below, it is hard to keep your bearings on where you are - even if you are heading toward the bow or stern. Thus, having these maps along the way at least help you know if you are going the right way.
The USS Massachusetts is part of Battleship Cove, which is a museum where several ships are on display. See the web site for directions, admission, and hours.
