A large, public fountain, in the centre of the government sector of the capital and province of Phrae.

Phrae province is one of the many Thai provinces to be found in the north of the Kingdom. Not overly large, nor small, nor busy, a rural area filled with rice farms and some light industry. In the town centre is a bevy of government buildings, replete with civil servants working hard to manage the lives of the citizens of the province. At the major road intersection here is a fountain.
It is colourful enough, and eye-catching. A central 'flower', with two levels of water around the centrepiece, and lots of water jets. It has a noticeable cooling effect on a hot day.
