The McCoy-Skaggs Co/Frontier Ford building was constructed in 1946. The building is two-story blond brick commercial building with an aluminum storefront and glazed-time bulkhead.

The building was constructed by McCoy-Skaggs Auto i 1946. The company was founded was W.S. McCoy and Frank Luther. H.M. Skaggs came into the partnership after Luther retired. The building was constructed shortly after McCoy and Skaggs became partners.

The building is in good condition and continues to serve as car dealership. - from District Nomination form.
